Midstate has setup hyper focused areas to excel and be innovating in specific industries. Midstate Maine is a COE for the IGT/Land Base defense and Midstate Ohio is the Aerospace COE. At each site Intergrated Product Teams (IPT) are focused on specific customers. This aligns cradle to grave support/knowledge.
Manufacturing engineers work as an integral part of your design team, applying the latest DFM (design for manufacturing) techniques to create robust designs that optimize weight, cost, and quality.
Our team utilizes the full suite of Siemens NX CAD/Cam and Verciut tools for maximum productivity and minimum development time, while taking advantage of our best practice standards and machine tool technology. Midstate is poised for growth with NPI ingrained into our DNA. We have aligned the technical team to support large amount of new work and the ability to quickly and accurately digest it.
We have the ability to control the entire process development in house, Design, CNC Programming, Fixture Build, Cutting Tool Build, Verification Software, etc.
