Joe has more than 30 years of experience in the Aerospace & Defense and Building Material Supply industries. Previous experience includes executive leadership roles as COO, President, and EVP with Barnes Aerospace, GKN, and LMI Aerospace as well as a successful consulting practice.
His transformational management includes leading diversification and significant global growth, bringing a high-tech business from startup to maturity, driving multiple M&A ventures, directing major integration and rationalization of acquired businesses, successful turnarounds as well as holding Board positions.

CFO Mike has 15 years of experience in finance across aerospace and manufacturing. Previous experience includes The Boeing Company, LMI Aerospace, and Henkel AG & Company.
VP Business Development Bob has more than 35 years of experience in sales/marketing and supply chain in the aerospace industry. Previous experience includes Collins Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, GKN Aerospace, Hexcel Corporation and Sikorsky Aircraft.
VP Commercial Troy has over 17 years of experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry with 3M, Honeywell, GKN Aerospace and LMI Aerospace. Experience includes Sales, Strategic Planning and a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
VP of Supply Chain He has experience in aerospace: Supply Chain, Business Transformation Process Development, Business Development Supplier Negotiations/ Purchasing. He has a Six Sigma/Lean background. And worked for companies including Honeywell, Textron, GKN and LMI.
VP of Engineering, Technology & NPI Programs Larry is a veteran aerospace leader with proven experience in the management of large complex aerospace programs. He is a technical innovator with multiple patents in the field of aeroengines and aerostructures. His experience includes Hexcel Corp, Oxford Performance, and Sikorsky.
Director of Quality - Maine and Ohio Corbin is a Six Sigma Black Belt with more than 21 years of experience in quality assurance and management in the aerospace industry. Previous experience includes Barnes Aerospace, F&B Manufacturing and Smith West, Inc. (now Paradigm Precision).
GM Ohio Paul defines and executes the growth plan and strategic objectives at the OH facility. Paul is a veteran in plant operations with roles such as Director of Operations for StandardAero. Paul also has a deep history with Pratt & Whitney in Materials and Purchasing, Operations Planning, Business Unit Management, Customer Programs and Project Management.
General Manager - Maine With more than 10 years of experience in manufacturing and heavy construction industries, Thomas is responsible for all operations and performance for the Maine facility. He has a background in business management and financial planning.
